Dritan Nesho is a Director within Microsoft’s Technology and Civic Engagement group, and a former pollster. He is the head and a co-founder of Microsoft’s Bing Pulse, an online voting and audience response system with applications across campaigns, commerce, and causes.

Nesho was formerly Director within Microsoft’s Strategy and Special Projects Team, where he was responsible for solving core consumer and corporate strategy issues and launching new, high-value products. As part of this role Nesho advised Microsoft’s EVP for advertising, strategy, and insights for over three years and helped drive implementation of several business programs across Microsoft.

Prior to joining Microsoft, Nesho served respectively as Vice President and Chief of Staff to the CEO of Penn Schoen Berland and Burson-Marsteller, Director of Burson-Marsteller's global political and public policy specialty practice, Campaign Manager within Penn Schoen Berland’ s international political team and an advisor to Ukrainian President Viktor Yushchenko.

Nesho graduated from Harvard University with honors in Economics and Government. Nesho is an associate at Harvard’s Government Department and a lecturer at George Washington University School of Political Management, where he instructs on polling.

RC Carter is a seasoned product leader with deep experience in the processes and techniques of how to get things done in tech startups. He has launched major eCommerce initiatives in apparel and online verticals, and overseen the buildout of native and web-based apps in social and digital media. He led the launch of Amazon's Merchant Integration Platform and its flagship vertical of Apparel, which allowed third-party merchants to sell and share in the same cart as Amazon-sourced inventory. He then led the launch of Gap's eCommerce buildout across Old Navy, Gap, and Banana Republic, including custom builds of promotion engines (integrated with brick-and-mortar pricing systems) and the first major online launches of "Quick Look" and "Shop by Size" features. He has since been involved with startups in the crowdfunding/philanthropy, online photo sharing, online technical support, and mobile development platform space.

Chelsey Feldman

CHELSEY FELDMAN

Strategy Analyst

Chelsey Feldman is a strategy analyst for Bing Pulse, managing marketing initiatives and business intelligence and analytics. Prior to joining Bing Pulse, Chelsey worked in Microsoft’s mergers and acquisitions group, providing business insights and financial analysis to support strategic acquisitions in the Cloud and Enterprise business, and in Microsoft’s central finance team. Chelsey is a graduate of Vanderbilt University and is based in Seattle, WA.
